...a certified fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience helping women feel strong, confident and capable. I am a member of FitPro and EDMUK (the national governing body for group exercise) and hold a certificate in Sports First Aid and appropriate public liability insurance.
Before moving fully into fitness, I spent 33 years as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist. My background in science gives me a deep understanding of the body, and my heart is in helping women reconnect with theirs - especially during life's transitions.
I am accredited as a Purestretch instructor, and I'm currently expanding my skills further to become a qualified personal trainer. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, build strength or simply enjoy moving more, my goal is to support you with safe, effective, and motivating sessions designed for real life and real bodies.
I believe fitness isn't about perfection - it's about finding your focus, showing up for yourself and feeling good in your own skin.
