Purestretch classes are fun and engaging and a great way to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being... 

Lengthening:

The classes involves fun stretching routines to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Strengthening:

We always add challenging core strengthening exercises alongside the stretching routines.

Fun and interactive:

Purestretch is designed to be light-hearted, stimulating, interactive and fun.

Relaxation:

Towards the end of a 60min class there's a lovely opportunity to layer up and get comfortable on your mat. Lay on your back, front, knees bent or sit on a chair, it really doesn't matter just be comfy.  Take time to really let go for a few minutes and relax...

Purestretch is suitable for all fitness levels so that everyone participating can benefit from the class.

Please bring your own mat and if you have tight hamstrings, sore backs, knees or wrists you may benefit from bringing yoga blocks, cushion or rolled up towel to make some of the moves more comfortable.  There are lots of adaptations and progressions so that everyone is working to their individual level.

Wednesday 15th April 2026 7-8pm at St Michael's CE Primary School, Brigadier Hill, Enfield

Drop in places are bookable for the date of class, subject to availability.  COST £10
