"Highly recommend 5* - I have been attending Julie's wotfitness outdoor classes for two months and it's definitely the best class I have found in Enfield.  The classes cover cardiovascular exercise, be it running, power walking whatever level suits you.  Plus strength and resistance exercises.  Every week is varied and not only is Julie a great teacher but the ladies who also attend are very friendly and there is more laughter than grimacing.  If you are looking for a fun, outdoor, non-competitive class then I would highly recommend Wotfitness!"

"Would highly recommend! - Purestretch has been just the ticket on these dreary winter evenings. It's also an antidote after a taxing day at work!  Julie keeps the class fresh ( something slightly different each week) and friendly (we're not adverse to a chuckle now and then), but mostly the class gives you a really good stretch, makes you aware of your posture and provides the chance to decompress after a long day.  I have found my sleep to be better on those evenings too."

"I’m the least likely person to get up early on a Sunday to exercise, but this class has changed that and genuinely sets me up for the rest of the day.
Every session is varied, incorporating different elements each week so it never feels repetitive. It’s completely non-competitive, which I really appreciate, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The group is a lovely mix of people of all levels, and as someone who doesn’t see themselves as a natural “fitness person,” I’ve always felt comfortable and encouraged. Julie is attentive, supportive, and brilliant at offering adaptations or alternatives for anyone with niggles or limitations. There’s never any pressure to push beyond what your body can do, just guidance to help you move safely and confidently. I would highly recommend this class"

“I would highly recommend the online Purestretch classes from ‘Your Fitness Focus’.  The classes are structured for all abilities and Julie has the knack of seeing you in the wrong position even over the internet!  The classes are varied and no two weeks are the same, I have discovered many muscles I didn’t know I had and have already felt improvements to aching limbs that thought they were beyond help.”
