Key Terms Summary

All classes must be booked in advance and payment is required to secure your place.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class. Late cancellations and no-shows are non‑refundable.

Block bookings secure your place for the full course. Missed sessions are not normally refundable.

Participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form and inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before attending.

Outdoor classes may be affected by weather conditions. Participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Exercise involves inherent risks. By attending classes you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

1. Health & Safety

1. By participating in any class, you confirm that you are fit and well enough to take part in physical activity.
2. Participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form and should ensure that any relevant health information is disclosed to the instructor before participating.
3. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you must inform the instructor before class.
4. Always work within your own limits. If unsure, consult a doctor before starting a new fitness routine.
5. You are responsible for your own safety during sessions, particularly in outdoor or online environments.

2. Bookings & Payments

1. All classes must be booked in advance by direct arrangement or through the booking platform.
2. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment details will be sent via email once a booking has been made through the booking platform: www.picktime.com/home/YFF
3. Prices may vary and are subject to change. At least one calendar month’s notice will be given before any price changes take effect.
4. Packages or promotional offers may have their own terms and conditions.

3. Current Class Prices

Women’s Outdoor Training & Fitness™ Cardio & Conditioning, & Walk with Strength classes:

• Trial class: £7
• Block of 4 sessions: £28  
• Block of 8 sessions: £56

PureStretch – St Michael’s Primary School Studio or Enfield Vineyard (Lower Hall)

• Block of 6 consecutive weekly sessions: £54  
• Deposit required to secure a place: £20  
• Remaining balance: payable at least one week before the start of the block.

Drop in Purestretch sessions: £10 subject to availability on the day. Booking required.

Live Online Classes

• Single class: £5  
• Two consecutive classes on the same day: £8  

One to One person session

• 45min: £35  
• 60min: £40 (individual Purestretch movement assessments)

One to Two person session

• 45min: £20 per person

Prices are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change with at least one calendar month’s notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

1. If you need to cancel a class, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via message or email.
2. Cancellations made with the required notice may be rebooked or refunded at the instructor’s discretion.
3. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
4. If a class is cancelled by Your Fitness Focus (e.g. due to weather or instructor illness) a refund or alternative session will be offered.


5. PureStretch block cancellations:

• Refunds will only be issued if the block is fully booked and the cancelled place is filled by another participant.  
• If the class is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, a full refund will be provided.

5. Block Bookings

Where classes are purchased as part of a block or course, the booking secures a place for the full duration of the block.
Refunds will not normally be issued for missed sessions or if a participant chooses not to continue attending once the block has started.

6. Missed Classes

If a participant cannot attend a booked class, the session will be considered used unless at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Where possible, Your Fitness Focus may offer the option to attend an alternative session, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Classes

Classes will start on time. Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to prepare safely.

7.1 Outdoor Classes

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions and may occasionally need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Outdoor Exercise Risks
Participants acknowledge that outdoor exercise environments may include uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and other environmental hazards. By attending outdoor sessions participants accept these risks and agree to take reasonable care when exercising outdoors.

Participants should dress appropriately for outdoor conditions and bring water, a resistance band, and a mat where required.

7.2 Indoor Classes

Participant numbers may be limited to ensure adequate space for safe movement.

For safety reasons participants arriving after the warm-up section of the class may not be permitted to join the session. In these circumstances the class will be considered attended and no refund will be issued.

If the instructor is late, additional time will be added to ensure the full class duration is delivered.

7.3 Online Classes

Google Meet links will be sent shortly after booking confirmation.

Participants must ensure they have a safe space to exercise and appropriate equipment such as a chair or footstool, resistance band and water.

By joining an online class participants acknowledge they are exercising in their own environment and participating at their own risk.

8. Personal Belongings

Your Fitness Focus accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to classes.
Participants should place belongings safely away from the workout area and ensure phones are on silent during indoor sessions.

9. Photography & Social Media

Occasionally photos or short videos may be taken during classes for use on the Your Fitness Focus website or social media pages.
Participants will always be asked for consent before images are used.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos please inform the instructor.

10. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, muscle soreness, or the aggravation of existing medical conditions. By booking or attending any session with Your Fitness Focus, participants confirm that they are voluntarily participating in physical activity and accept full responsibility for the risks associated with their participation.

Participants agree to exercise within their own limits, monitor their physical condition during sessions, and follow all instructions provided by the instructor. If a participant experiences pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms, they must stop exercising immediately and inform the instructor.


11. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Fitness Focus and its instructors accept no liability for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from participation in classes except where proven to be caused by negligence.

12. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for exercising within their own limits and modifying exercises where necessary.
If a participant experiences pain, dizziness, discomfort or illness they must stop exercising immediately and inform the instructor.

13. Participant Compliance with Instructions

Participants agree to follow the instructor’s safety guidance and instructions during all classes.
Your Fitness Focus cannot be held responsible for injury resulting from exercises performed incorrectly, exceeding personal limits, or ignoring instructor guidance.

14. Injury Reporting

Any injury sustained during a class should be reported to the instructor at the time it occurs or immediately following the session.

15. Minimum Participant Numbers

Your Fitness Focus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if minimum participant numbers are not met. In these circumstances participants will be offered a refund or alternative session.

16. Behaviour & Respect

Your Fitness Focus aims to provide a supportive and respectful environment for all participants.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.

17. Force Majeure

Your Fitness Focus will not be liable for failure to deliver classes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including extreme weather, venue closure, public health restrictions or other unforeseen events.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Your Fitness Focus and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Your Fitness Focus.
Online classes may not be recorded, reproduced or distributed without permission from Your Fitness Focus.

19. Agreement to Terms

By booking or attending a class with Your Fitness Focus you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
