Cardio & Conditioning
Hillyfields, Enfield Sundays 9-10am
Every Sunday morning rain or shine for the last 12 years a group of women have worked out in the great outdoors! All fitness abilities are welcome, there is something for everyone, whether you are a regular exerciser or just starting out. Everyone works at their own pace, there is no keeping up or holding back required. The group is friendly, encouraging and empowering and its fantastic to see participants fitness grow and strengthen week on week. Consistency is key and this is seen every week in the commitment to Your Fitness Focus.
Cardio:
We walk, jog or run our way round the park stopping off along the way for our cardio drills which may include power walks or sprints, jumps or HIIT - there is always a low impact version of everything so no need to worry about those dodgy knees or backs
Conditioning:
We use resistance bands to strengthen our muscles and bodyweight exercises too, we love to squat!
What you won't find here are shouty bootcamp type workouts, we push each other on in a supportive encouraging way and reap the benefits of increased cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility and mobility.
Its not just the body that benefits, being outdoors in the fresh air and light of day is so good for the mind too. Your Fitness Focus for an hour will have you feeling invigorated and motivated to take on life's challenges in the week ahead.
The jaw muscles always get a good workout too ;-)
Ladies come and try a class this Sunday for £7, then if you like it further sessions are £28 for 4.

Walk with Strength *NEW FOR 2026*
Hillyfields, Enfield. Sundays at 10.15am & Wednesdays at 9am
A mix of walking with stops along the way for resistance band and bodyweight exercises, adaptations given to suit all abilities. Great for women who want to feel stronger, move more, and enjoy fitness without the pressure of running or intense cardio.
So, if you're not a fan of running or want to dial down the cardio, and are looking for a more strengthening approach - this one's for you!
A healthy dose of chat and encouraging support along the way is guaranteed :-)
